The Easyshade V is an electronic shade taking device that features an intuitive touch-screen, color LED display, and durable, long-lasting battery that can be charged wirelessly via its inductive charging base. The device allows for the instant prescription of VITA classical A1-D4 and VITA 3D-MASTER shades at the push of a button. It also indicates VITABLOCS shades and stores the history of up to 30 shades. The device can verify fabricated restorations as early as after initial firing and receive tips on possible optimization measures for achieving the target tooth shade. The Bluetooth interface and VITA Assist PC software enable better communication between the lab and doctor.
