Tuttnauer's biological indicators are designed to validate sterilization of cycles and ensure that autoclaves are functioning correctly. They can be used in gravity or pre/post vacuum autoclave steam sterilization cycles, and are suitable for all types of autoclaves and any temperature between 250°C and 270°C.
