- Absolute is a high-strength core composite that cuts like dentin. It is a highly-filled automix dual cure resin that is expressed directly from the cartridge to the tooth. There�s no need for hand mixing or triturating. Absolute Dentin stacks great and preps beautifully. It gives you a stronger core that resists flexing. It is densely filled (75%) with fluoride/barium glass. It provides strong, stable support for your restorations.
