Description
Tempit-E is a moisture-activated temporary filling and sealing material with eugenol. It is a palliative eugenol formulation that is especially useful for temporary filling use, particularly in cases of reversible pulpal inflammation. It sets in five minutes when activated by moisture and expands slightly upon setting to seal out microleakage and bacterial ingress. Tempit-E can also be used as a liner in deep preparations.
