The i Vac System is engineered for use during the irrigation phase of root canal treatment, ideally connected to a piezo ultrasonic handpiece. It incorporates the three key principles established by endodontic research and science for root canal irrigation and disinfection: ultrasonic vibration, negative pressure, and simultaneous irrigation. By combining these three irrigation principles into a single device compatible with most piezo ultrasonic units, the i Vac system enhances the effectiveness of root canal irrigation and disinfection.
